We ask before we send anything
Anonymous usage statistics are off by default (opt-in). Data is sent under an anonymous device identifier only if you agree during the first-run notice.
Delete it whenever you want
Reset your anonymous ID or request deletion of this device's server-stored data at any time from Settings.
Your records stay on your device
Stamp and visit records are stored on your phone by default. Turn on server sync only if you want it.

Frequently asked questions
Is this an official app?
No. K-Heritage Trail is an unofficial personal planner made by offLAB and is not affiliated with the Korea Heritage Service, the Korea Heritage Agency, or any other government body. It does not use official logos or national symbols, and no part of the app implies it is an official service.
Can I apply for completion certification or souvenirs through the app?
No. Passport applications, completion certification, and souvenir pickup are only available through the official Korea Heritage Visit campaign channels. The app doesn't replace those procedures — it only links to official guidance. Stamp records in the app are for personal progress tracking only.
Do I need an account?
No. Records are stored on your device and every core feature works without signing in. An optional email sign-in (magic link) is available only if you want to sync and restore your visit records across devices, and anonymous-identifier server sync is likewise opt-in.
Can I trust the stop information in the app?
It's based on official public data, and each stop is labeled with the operator's verification date and source. If you find information that doesn't match what you see on-site, you can report it directly in the app, and it will be reviewed and updated. Please always rely on official guidance for final confirmation.
